Terms and Conditions for Maple Greens Golf Club

Welcome to Maple Greens Golf Club. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online platform, golf course, club facilities, and services ("Services"). • Tee Times: All golf rounds require a booked tee time. Tee times can be booked through our online platform or by contacting the club directly.
• Guest Policy: Members may bring guests in accordance with our guest policy, which may include applicable guest fees and restrictions.
• Golf Course Rules: All golfers must adhere to the rules and regulations of the golf course, including dress code, pace of play, and etiquette, as posted at the club or communicated by staff.

3. Booking and Payment

• Green Fees and Package Prices: All prices for green fees, golf packages, and academy programs are listed on our site and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment: Payment for Services is due at the time of booking or as specified in your membership agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy varies based on the type of booking or membership. Specific details will be provided at the time of booking or in your membership agreement. Generally, cancellations made within a certain timeframe may incur fees or be non-refundable.

4. Conduct and Responsibility

• Respectful Conduct: All guests and members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other patrons, staff, and the club property.
• Personal Belongings: Maple Greens Golf Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please secure your valuables.
• Damage to Property: Members and guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to club property, including the golf course, carts, or facilities, whether accidental or intentional.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Greens Golf Club, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Maple Greens Golf Club and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
